Mannat Bakery respects your privacy. We collect only what we need to take and deliver your order — your name, mobile number, delivery address and location, and (optionally) your email. We use this information solely to prepare, deliver and confirm your orders and to contact you about them. We never sell your data. Payments are made by you via Cash on Delivery or UPI; we do not store any card details. You may request a copy or deletion of your personal data by contacting us on WhatsApp or phone. We keep order records only as long as needed for our accounts and legal requirements. By placing an order, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
By ordering from Mannat Bakery you agree to these terms. Prices, availability and delivery areas are shown at checkout and may change without notice. An order is confirmed only once accepted by the bakery. Cakes and customised items are made to order and require the stated lead time. Please provide an accurate delivery address and a reachable phone number — we cannot be responsible for delays caused by incorrect details or no one being available to receive the order. For Cash on Delivery, please keep the exact amount ready. If anything is wrong with your order, contact us within 24 hours and we will make it right.
Our products are freshly baked and perishable, so we generally cannot accept returns. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not up to our usual quality, please contact us within 24 hours with a photo and your order number — we will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion. Cash on Delivery orders are settled at the time of delivery. For prepaid/UPI orders, approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. Custom cakes cancelled after preparation has begun may not be eligible for a refund.
Pay the way that suits you: choose Cash on Delivery to pay when your order arrives, or UPI to pay instantly and securely. For UPI, once your payment is completed your order is confirmed (automatically for Paytm/UPI, or verified by us for manual UPI). All amounts shown are final and include any applicable charges.
